PARMAR Williams (no address given) appeared before Sparendaam Magistrate Alex Moore yesterday, charged with failing a breathalyser test on April 16. Other particulars of the offence said it was committed on Industry Public Road, East Coast Demerara, where he was not able to fully control the vehicle he was driving.
He pleaded guilty, was fined $7,500 and his driver’s licence was also endorsed.
