-for allegedly inflicting grievious bodily harm on friend
THIRTY-year-old taxi driver Roy Singh of Mon Repos, East Coast Demerara was granted $60,000 bail yesterday for allegedly inflicting grievous bodily harm on his friend, Seepersaud Persaud, on March 6 at Mon Repos.
Singh, represented by Attorney-at-law Gwendolyn Bristol, was not required to plead to the indictable charge.
Prosecuting for the state was police sergeant Bernard Browne.
The men were asked to return to court on April 4 for report and fixture.
