POLICE have reported that at about 22:20 hrs on Monday,  19-year-old Sherwin Fileen of De Kendren, West Coast Demerara was walking with a friend along the Georgetown seawalls when a lone gunman confronted and shot him to his right hand before escaping. He has been admitted a patient at the Georgetown Public Hospital (GPHC) while investigations are in progress.
