FURTHER to their meeting with members of the Georgetown Cricket Association (GCA), its stakeholders, affiliated groups and the general public which will be held today at the Carifesta Sports Complex on Carifesta Avenue, the Clive Lloyd-chaired Interim Management Committee has made public, their dates for a series of public meetings within the next week. Essequibo, Berbice, Linden and West Demerara are some of the areas in which the IMC plans to hold a series of Consultations on Cricket, where several matters such as the Constitution Reform of the Guyana Cricket Board (GCB) and Long and Short Term Plans on Cricket Development, will be held.
Below is the list of areas, venues and dates for the proposed Consultations:

West Demerara – Sunday, February 12, 2012, at 10:00hrs at the Uitvlugt Community Centre
East Bank Demerara – Sunday, February 12, 2012, at 15:00hrs at the Providence Community Centre
Essequibo Coast – Wednesday, February 15, 2012, at 13:00hrs at the Anna Regina Regional Office
East Coast Demerara – Thursday, February 16, 2012, at 16:00hrs at the Lusignan Community Centre
East Bank Essequibo – Parika – Friday, February 17, 2012, at 11:00hrs – Venue to be named
Linden and Upper Demerara – Saturday, February 18, 2012, at 12:00hrs – Venue to be named
Berbice – Sunday, February 19, 2012, at 12:00hrs at the Berbice High School.
