MANAGEMENT of the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation (GPHC) yesterday disclosed that the health centres and extensions of health services listed below now come under control of the GPHC: Enmore Polyclinic at Estate Road, Enmore, East Coast Demerara.
Kitty Health Centre at 50 Sandy Babb Street, Kitty
Industry Health Centre at Crown Dam, Industry, East Coast Demerara.
Campbellville Health Centre at First Street, Stone Avenue, Campbellville, Georgetown.
These centres function from Monday to Friday between the hours of 08.00 am and 04.00pm (08:00hrs and 16:00hrs). Anyone desirous of raising any matter of concern is at liberty to contact the Office of the Chief Executive Officer at telephone No.226-1835.
At the same time, persons should be informed that the physiotherapy services provided at the Enmore Polyclinic have been extended to another day of the week. Services will now be offered every Wednesday and Friday, from 08:00hrs to 16:00hrs (8am to 4pm).
Moreover, the Medical Outpatients Department (MOPD) located in the GPHC compound at the Middle Street Entrance is now opened every day of the week from 08:00hrs to 20:00hrs (8am to 8pm), excluding national holidays.
