SHEVON Evans called ‘Ace’ appeared before Acting Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry yesterday, on a murder charge.
The accused (no address given) is charged with having murdered Vanburn Hanover on June 26, 2011. The court was told that Evans had been wanted since the crime was committed but had eluded capture.
He was remanded to prison and the case has been transferred to Mahdia Court, Potaro, for April 18.
