JUSTICE Dawn Gregory, who had empanelled a jury to try Burt Lancaster but had her efforts to proceed with the trial halted by submissions in limine taken by lawyer Williams, was, up to late yesterday, still receiving submissions designed to stop the trial. The prosecutors at the hearing are Miss Konyo Sandiford and Miss Diana Kaulesar.
Defence counsel Mr. Basil Williams will continue addressing the Judge in the absence  of the jury when the hearing resumes today.
