SMITH Memorial Congregational Church, on Brickdam, Stabroek is celebrating its 168th anniversary. A Thanksgiving Service will be held at the church on Sunday from 9:00hrs.
The church was erected in tribute to the memory of the late Reverend John Smith, a missionary of the London Missionary Society, formed in 1975 to spread the gospel abroad to non-believers.
