…ordered to remove from matrimonial home
TAXI driver Dennis Mc Farlane appeared in court yesterday, charged with threatening to kill his wife, Yonette Mc Farlane.
He pleaded not guilty, before Acting Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry, to having, on November 15, made use of the threat.
Police Sergeant Lionel Harvey, prosecuting, told the court the couple had a misunderstanding that day and the defendant threatened to kill the virtual complainant.
The husband was granted $25,000 bail, on condition that he removes from the matrimonial home until the end of his trial.
The case will be called, again, on November 21.
