PLEASE allow me to convey to Guyanese what the AFC is doing to young people, especially in Berbice . I was checking the Stabroek News website online when I noticed two pictures that drew my attention, one was a massive crowd at a public meeting at Whim and the other one was a protest by some very young children at Whim by the AFC. This was a shock with so much emphasis being paid on youths and so many educated persons in the AFC; this is what they are training their youths to do. Protest and hiding behind these children. It’s a shame. This reminds me of the PNC when they used thugs to do street protests to destroy Guyana.
When I phoned my relatives at Whim I was told that they are even smaller children who were used for the entire day to protest by a well known quack doctor aka dr.piss, who lives there. And these children are being paid to do these protests. Imagine what these AFC members are doing to our poor and small children to gain political power.
Guyanese should take this as an example to see how desperately these people need power. Before they encourage these children to go to school they are teaching them to protest. Before I close my letter I was told that this was one of the largest public meetings in the history of this country. Come on AFC, don’t climb on these children to gain political power. Our future will be dead under your leadership. Shame AFC! We need you to apologise to the children of this country. Hope the police is taking note.
