CALVIN Dover and Lloyd Daniels (no addresses given) appeared in court yesterday, charged with unlawfully wounding each other. Both men were before Acting Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry and pleaded not guilty to committing the offence on October 23.
Police Sergeant Lionel Harvey, prosecuting, had no objections to bail for them but requested that it be substantial.
The prosecutor said the two defendants had an argument over a car light and a scuffle ensued, during which each was wounded.
Dover was ordered to post $50,000 security and Daniels $25,000 until the cases are called, again, on November 4.
