Amused at Kaieteur’s attempt to distort Albion rally crowd size

I AM quite amused by the Kaieteur News’ attempt to distort the actual number of the massive crowd at the PPP/C Rally on October 2, 2011 at Albion.
It was a great show of solidarity for the reigning party in government and I dare say a prediction of the polls on E-day.
Indeed, the tightly packed crowd could hardly be contained from the platform
and beyond, and from the stage leading out from the estate road to both sides of the public road.
The road leading to the rally was so jampacked that I had to follow thousands of people as they streamed across the trench adjacent to the rally road and in all the streets in the  vicinity of the rally.
The Albion Sports Complex ground was filled with parked vehicles and so was the road leading to the estate. Never had I witnessed a crowd of this magnitude since that of the March, 1983 One-day International cricket match between India and the West Indies. The crowds numbered 18,000 on that day, but this crowd surpassed it. Come on, KN how can you stoop so low to infer that our eyes deceived us. Just look back at the evidence.
