BOWLERS Seekkuge Prasanna and Shaminda Eranga have been called up to the Sri Lanka squad for next week’s first Test against Australia. Leg-spinner Prasanna and pace bowler Eranga have earned their chance for the match which starts in Galle next Wednesday after impressing in the team’s recent one-day series, while Dilhara Fernando and Farveez Maharoof are the players who have been dropped.
Dinesh Chandinal is also missing from the party which toured England earlier in the summer, but all-rounder Angelo Mathews returns.
