ON repeated occasions recently in April to June, 2011, I have mistakenly sent 691-2119 by SMS thousands of dollars of cell phone credits and personal correspondence intended for a family member. I kept texting 691-2119 without getting the requested confirmation of receipt of my texts and cell phone credits.
My investigation led me to the discovery of my mistake in texting the wrong number.
I further discovered that 691-2119 utilised the credit clearly knowing it was a mistake. 691-2119 also avoided any opportunity to advise me of my error, one that could have been corrected immediately.
