… Tagenarine Chanderpaul again among the runs for Guyana
PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad (CMC) – A memorable spell of bowling from Chad Williams still failed to carry Barbados to first innings points over front-runners Jamaica in the WICB Regional Under-15 Championship yesterday. Batting first, Barbados were dismissed for 84 with Joshua Drakes, son of Vasbert Drakes, the former Barbados and West Indies fast bowler, leading the way with 26, and Hakeem Wright continuing his good work with five for 21 for the Jamaicans.
Williams then worked his magic, but Jamaica, led by Odain McCatty with a top score of 28, were able to grab a lead.
In their second innings, the Barbadians were again struggling on 57 for six.
