Poor customer service by loan officer

ON Monday May 23 at approximately 11:30 am I approached the Hand-in- Hand Trust Corporation Inc along with a friend of mine to query about a loan that I saw was advertised for purchasing of a motor vehicle. On reaching there I was told that there were two loans officers, one of whom would deal with me.
One of the loans officers, a much younger one, was dealing with two customers and other, the older, was on the phone, so I was told to sit and wait. My friend and I sat there until 11:45 am and another customer came in and was told by the older loans officer (the same one who told me to sit and wait) to come into her office. All the while we were still sitting there and that was 11:55 am. Some of the other staff noticed what was going on and proceeded to help out; by then the younger loans officer was free and she nicely dealt with us.
So why is the company advertising for easy loans with courteous staff and the loan officer only deals with chosen people?
I hope the company can look into this as soon as possible or they will surely lose  customers. I was later made aware by friends that the same thing had happened to them on previous occasions with this particular loans officer.
