JUNIOR Brusche, 23, (no address given), yesterday had an unlawful assault charge dismissed against him, before Magistrate Sherdel Isaacs-Marcus. He pleaded not guilty to the offence, particulars of which stated that on April 26, he unlawfully assaulted his wife, Karin Austin.
Brusche was ordered to pay court cost of $10,000.
