THE Linden Commercial Centre takes time out to offer a word of thanks to the Honourable President, Mr. Bharrat Jagdeo, for his timely intervention and openly announcing on Friday April 8, 2011 to help fund the Linden Commercial Centre project at Wismar. We, the members of the group, say ‘thanks to you and your government for this unselfish act of brotherly love’. We promise to do our part to ensure that such a project is brought to life.
We openly thank our own Mr. Phillip Bynoe for being the mediator between the group and the government and his advice as to making this project a reality.

We view Mr. Bynoe as an individual who yearns for development for Linden and its people and is willing to assist them in every way possible.
Mr. Bynoe is not a vendor along the Winifred Gaskin Highway and has no interest in owning a stall in the commercial centre; he only acts as an adviser to the group due to his experience.

We are grateful for our success thus far and vow to maintain transparency throughout our bid to erect the Commercial centre.
