The Venezuelan Embassy in Guyana and the Venezuelan Institute for Culture and Cooperation (I.V.C.C) will be interviewing and presenting scholarships to ten Guyanese students today and tomorrow, at the Institute at 106 New Garden Street, Queenstown, Georgetown. A release from the embassy yesterday stated that this is the second group of Guyanese students to be granted the opportunity to travel to Venezuela and pursue studies in community medicine at the Latin American School of Medicine (LASM) or Escuela Latinoamericana de Medicina (ELAM), in Caracas Venezuela.
Members of the foundation “Foundation Gran Mariscal de Ayacucho will be interviewing the students starting at 09:00hrs.
