ARVIND Dhanraj is the first prize winner of $1M in the Republic Bank ‘Deal on Wheels’ promotion that commenced on June 1 and concluded on August 31 last.
Dhanraj was all smiles yesterday as he was presented with his prize at the bank’s head office, Promenade Court, New Market Street, North Cummingsburg.
Ms Candaycia Thompson won the second prize which is worth $600,000, while Gordland Edwards, who was absent, won the third prize of $400,000.
The bank’s Marketing and Communications Manager, Michelle Johnson, said ‘Deal on Wheels’ is now the most highly anticipated annual retail loans campaign for the bank; and for this year, the bank was able to grant close to five hundred vehicle loans during the campaign.
She said the bank is grateful to the auto dealers across Guyana with whom it shared a special partnership all year round, and especially during its annual ‘Deal on Wheels’ campaign.
