Scores of customers throughout the region will be winners when they paint up for Christmas 2010 with Harris Paints!

That’s because any person purchasing four gallons of Harris Paints during the company’s ‘In the Mood’ Christmas Competition will automatically receive a scratch card that gets them an instant prize and which also makes them eligible for a number of exciting grand prizes.

The competition is taking place in six countries across the Caribbean where Harris operates, and is sold with various instant prizes being awarded in each country. Customers can participate in Antigua, Barbados, Guyana, Dominica, St. Lucia and Jamaica.

During this competition, Harris Paints will be introducing the Language of Colour mood group concept to customers where they can choose colours for their painting project based on the mood they wish to establish in the area to be painted.

The instant win scratch cards introduce them to the four moods – Calm, Fresh, Warm and Luxurious. Each of these moods is linked to an instant prize: in Guyana, customers can win T-shirts, vouchers for 10% discount off their current purchase, mugs and calendars, and there will be over 2,000 winners. Prizes can be redeemed instantly from the outlet where the paint was purchased.

In addition, there will be four mood-inspired grand prizes offered, including gift certificates for a $200,000 luxurious hotel stay, $200,000 in warm furniture and appliances, a $100,000 certificate in paints and supplies to Freshen their homes and $50,000 in Calming Spa treatment services.
