WALTER Lee De Costa, 16, of Lot 43 Garnett Street, Newtown, Georgetown, was granted $50,000 bail yesterday on a charge of attempting to commit a felony.
Before Acting Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry, it was alleged that, last November 4, at the Georgetown Seawall, he attempted to rob Trevon Barrow of a gold chain.
The defendant, who pleaded not guilty, has to be back in Court on December 1.
