THE charge, in which Carolan Lynch is, again, accused of murdering her husband, Swiss House Cambio boss, Farouk Razack, was called before Acting Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry yesterday.
But the accused did not appear and a policeman entered the witness box and swore that she has not yet been arrested, following which the magistrate ordered that Lynch be present in Court on October 27.
Lynch was first charged with the murder in May 2007 but was freed the following year after then Magistrate Gordon Gilhuys ruled that a prima facie case had not been made out against her.
Razack was found dead on the floor of their Eping Avenue, Bel Air Park, Georgetown home, bleeding through his nose and mouth and his hands at his neck.
An autopsy later established that he had been strangled.
