THOSE three boxers whom absconded in the US have their very own agenda and motives.
If the reports are true that they all had US visas and had travelled to the US before then their actions are more sinister.
It’s normal for people to obtain visas and when they get to the intended country like the US or Canada they fade away quietly in becoming illegal aliens. Why did they not use their visas to go to the US and fade away? In my opinion these men knew what would be the headline on Guyana. Their intent and motive is hell bent on putting the spotlight on government in making Guyana look real bad by their actions.
We have heard the cries from Stabroek News bloggers already on how these men do not stand a chance of excelling in their boxing skills in Guyana.
This is the reason why Guyanese tax payers money should never be used to fund any sports in Guyana. They will never be satisfied with what they get and will continue to choose their time and opportunity to disgrace Guyana’s government.
It’s what Guyanese called biting the hands that feed them. No wonder why they have a Guyanese bench in Barbados for Guyanese.
They are not only unpatriotic but a disgrace to Guyana. They will soon find out not all is well in United States of America like so many at present have done.
