Dr. Roger Luncheon, Secretary to the Cabinet, said the Office of the President has appointed former Deputy Commissioner of Police, Edward Wills, as the Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Legal Affairs; and Former Deputy Finance Secretary at the Ministry of Finance, Lorene Baird, will be the new Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Trade and International Cooperation.
Dr. Luncheon was speaking at his post-Cabinet press briefing at the Office of the President yesterday.
Wills replaces Colin Croal at the Ministry of Legal Affairs, while Baird replaces John Isaacs at the Ministry of Foreign Trade and International Cooperation.
