This oil spill may not be as severe as the one in the Gulf of Mexico, but it is surely dangerous enough to cause accidents on the roadway. This garbage truck was spotted yesterday by Chronicle’s Chief photographer, Cullen Bess-Nelson, just outside the Catholic Standard Newspaper on Wellington Street and South Road.
