A minibus and a motorcar collided at Agricola Public Road, Greater Georgetown shortly after 18:00hrs yesterday, when three persons received minor injuries and were conveyed to the hospital.
According to eyewitnesses, the motorcar was heading to the city but suddenly made a u-turn causing it to collide with the minibus which was proceeding to Timehri, East Bank Demerara.
After the impact, three persons, passengers of the minibus, exited the damaged vehicle with lacerations about the body.
The drivers of both vehicles were taken to the police station, while the vehicles were towed away.
