THIS is a follow-up to my previous letter in which I tried to alert the Guyana Government and Guyanese people about the world-wide rising ocean levels and the effects this could have on our coastland which is below sea level. My persistent, creative, and resourceful research has yielded some sobering information which I want to share with the Guyanese public.
The Federal Government of the United States of America has been treating the threat posed by rising ocean levels with deadly seriousness. The US National Security Agency (NSA) which is located at Fort Meade, Maryland, is moving to Denver. Fort Meade, Maryland, is 85 feet above sea level.  Denver is situated in the Arkansas-Missouri Ozark Mountain Range and it is one mile above sea level.  In addition, some of the NSA’s assets are being relocated to a massive new structure which will be constructed at Camp Williams, Utah, where heights above sea level range from 4,300 feet to 5,200 feet.  The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) has already moved its major assets and personnel from Langley, Virginia, which is also about 85 feet above sea level to the mile high city of Denver. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) plans to consolidate its resources in the Dahlonega area in Augusta, Georgia, which is 4,653 feet above sea level. Bear in mind that this location is in the highest altitude city east of the Mississippi River.
The US National Aeronautics and Space Agency (NASA) is also moving its assets from their present low-altitude locations: the Kennedy Space Center in Florida, the Huntsville Facility in Alabama, and the Johnson Space Center in Huston Texas. NASA publicly announced “the selection of Prudential Relocation of Washington to provide employee relocation services to NASA. The estimated value of the contract is $74 million”. The NASA announcement did not provide any details about the designated relocation areas, but we can make an intelligent assumption that NASA’s materiel and personnel will be moved to safer, higher-altitude areas.
A US Federal Government Research Laboratory is located on Plum Island, 100 miles north-east of New York City in the Atlantic Ocean. At his lab, diseases like Foot and Mouth Disease and anthrax are being studied and researched. Word has now leaked out that this lab is being moved to some relatively high-altitude area in Arkansas. This makes sense if the government knows without a doubt that Plum Island will be under water.
A careful study of the relocation sites selected by the US federal authorities would suggest their determinant criteria: altitude; distance from the Atlantic Ocean; distance from rivers; distance from major populations, which I translated as distance from millions of potential refugees. Last year, some Americans were expressing concern about “camps” being built by the US government’s Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). It was widely speculated and rumored that the federal government was making plans to incarcerate large numbers of citizens who were expected to engage in acts of civil disobedience and unrest in reaction to harsh economic developments. I have a different perspective on this development. What if the US government knows that there will be widespread flooding of the Atlantic and Pacific coasts and is preparing these “FEMA camps” because it will need them to house millions of refugees who will be caught unprepared?
I am presenting and sharing with the Guyanese people a small portion of the body of evidence I have been able to ferret out by diligent and persistent research. One thing is perfectly clear: The US government is actively engaged in continuity of government contingency planning. The Government of Guyana must be similarly engaged.
Finally, I must address the question of why the United Nations (UN) and other International agencies and organisations are not alerting world coastal populations about the potential danger they face. My research has revealed a horrendous truth. The architects of the much talked about New World Order (NWO) have openly expressed the opinion that the resources of the world could be more efficiently and effectively managed if the world’s population was reduced by a few billion. So, this silence by those who should be shouting international warnings is deliberate. Nature would be allowed to execute the population reduction part of their plan.
As I write this, the foothills of Mount Roraima appear remarkably attractive.
