THE remains of Roy Mitchell Persaud called Otis alias ‘Fine Man’, which were found in the trunk of his burnt motor car last Sunday morning, were interred at  Stanleytown Cemetery in New Amsterdam, yesterday.
The father of two was buried following a funeral service at the Roman Catholic Church of Ascension, on Main Street, New Amsterdam, where  Parish Priest Terrence Montrose officiated.
No one has been charged in connection with the death and Government Pathologist, Dr. Nehaul Singh said a post mortem examination he performed was inconclusive due the extensive damage to the body.
What remained of the Mount Sinai, Angoy’s Avenue Squatting Area, New Amsterdam man, was discovered in PEE 9632, at Palmyra, East Canje, also in Berbice.
