RON Forde (no address given) was yesterday refused bail, by Magistrate Hazel Octave-Hamilton, on charges of possession of a firearm and ammunition.
He had pleaded not guilty to having, on May 5, a .38 revolver and four matching bullets without licences for them.
The defendant denied the allegation, claiming that the gun nor ammunition were found on him.
However, he was remanded to prison until May 10.
