Prime Minister Samuel Hinds was caught yesterday at the Guyana National Stadium in this Adrian Narine photo, offering words of encouragement to the men and women who will do security duties during Guyana’s hosting of first round matches for the third ICC T20 World Cup. Hinds, along with Minister of Sport Frank Anthony, made a brief tour of the facility which will host the opening ceremony on April 30, along with all of the West Indies’ matches.
