– $35, 000 costs to Roshan Khan
THE Injunction brought by Mr. Richard Kanhai of StrategicAction Security has been discharged with costs to RK’s Services.

JUSTICE Rishi Persaud discharged the Order after reading the ex parte application by way of Affidavit for the interim injunction on the part of the plaintiff and Affidavit in answer sworn to by Roshan Khan, the fourth named defendant.

The judge ordered that the ex parte injunction granted on the 12th day of December, 2009 by the Hon. Mr. Justice Rishi Persaud be and is hereby discharged.

It was further ordered that there be costs in the sum of $35, 000 to the Fourth named defendant.
