Ashanti Goodridge, the alleged self-confessed arsonist, who turned herself in to Police at Brickdam Station in the city, is still in custody.

Chief Fire Officer Marlon Gentle said the Fire Service’s conclusion was arson and so the matter is now one for law enforcement agents.

The fire at 137 Waterloo Street left 12 people homeless, including local comedian Henry Rodney.
