ACTING Chief Magistrate Melissa Robertson yesterday remanded a minor into Police custody, after his conviction for attempting to commit a felony.

The defendant had, earlier, pleaded guilty to having, on December 19, attempted to break and enter the dwelling house of Floyd Webb.

But the magistrate ordered a probation report on the convict’s background and postponed sentencing to December 30.
