In my mind there is a lot of confusion and I am sure others are confused as well. Stabroek news and Kaieteur news along with individuals like Mr. Freddie Kissoon and others are painting a different picture than that of the Guyana Chronicle. For example, Freddie and others are acrimoniously attacking and even agitating for resignations because according to them the government is running the country down and are causing more hardship on the people and are alleging mass corruption, etc., etc.

On the other hand, reports from the IDB, IMF and of course the Chronicle are giving a more positive picture showing improvement and development in so many areas.

Now my concern is that there are more peddling negatives than positives. On the positive side it is only the Chronicle which is a government outfit so what should one believe or how to find out in the diaspora or do we have to blindly believe one or the other and hope for the best in other words who or what is the truth?
