Police should provide a timely report

I hope the S/N report is not true. They reported that Dr. Luncheon said that Troy Small’s allegations were raised and the police denied any involvement. Luncheon further stated that the final (?) investigative report from the police is incomplete, and that there is no guarantee from the police as to when the report would be available. Hopefully, this is just questionable reporting.

It would be unacceptable if the police are allowed to provide no guarantee for a timely report. They should have records when a person is placed in their custody, by whom, when and the circumstances that led up to it. It is frustrating to read of situations, if true, that defies commonsense in dealing with simple or straight forward situations before rather than later.
