GUYANA must protect foreign visitors. We need stronger laws for crimes against visitors. And consider offering some compensation and treating them properly. Show them this is not who we are but the work of a criminal few who disgrace us all. We must warn visitors what to avoid and actively pursue the criminals and patrol trouble areas.
