IT is my opinion that the best advertisement for “Television and Print Media for 2008” is none other than the one representing “Oasis Cafe.”
The just concluded 2008 festive Christmas Season saw a variety of impressive and improved advertisements along with promotional “give aways” which were great by the companies giving back to it’s customers and friends. I also foresee that the marketing arena would become even more competitive during 2009.
We might even witness two interesting companies, Digicel and GT&T battling head to head at a much higher level during their respective “2009 Marketing Campaign” and it will indeed be fun to see what new innovative ideas will be made visible.
GT&T don’t make yourself visible as you did during the launching of Digicel to the Guyana Market; which was one of your cheapest shot to date. It is my belief that circles will be made around you if you choose to use the next few weeks as the run up to Valentine’s Day with any promotions.
Red, being the signature colour for Digicel will definitely go hand in hand with Valentine’s Day and there is absolutely no other colour that can do any harm to it during its second anniversary on Feb., 14, 2009.
On the other hand, GT&T has its Telephone Directory to bank on and The Yellow Pages section is one avenue I would suggest that subscribers continue to support with advertisements in getting connected to your existing customers and potentially new ones.
When should we expect the new edition of the Telephone Directory?
