Coffee
Coffee has a reputation as being unhealthy, but it’s actually packed with antioxidants. There’s good evidence to show that two to three cups reduces heart disease risk factors. But you should avoid sugary flavoured syrups and having more than three cups a day. Plain black or with a little milk is fine, but large servings of milk and sugar negate the health benefits.
PotatoesThe humble potato has copped a bad rap as some varieties have a high glycemic index, With fewer carbs (just 20 grams per serve) than the average serve of pasta or rice, a single potato in the jacket is another nutrient-rich, extremely satiating food , just watch the added butter.
USES FOR CUCUMBERS THAT WILL AMAZE YOU
Unfog Mirrors

Cucumbers for Energy

LIFE-CHANGING MAKEUP HACKS EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW
These aren’t your average makeup tips and tricks:
Turn a pencil eyeliner into a gel formula with the help of a match or lighter.
Hold your black, green, burgundy, etc., kohl eye pencil (which typically creates a thin, harder to apply line), under the flame for literally one second, let it cool for 15 seconds, and then watch the consistency change right before your eyes. Finally, glide on your newly made gel liner for an instantly smudgier formula.
Cover your eyelid with white liner to make any eyeshadow shade pop.
To make a sheer or less pigmented eye shadow appear more colorful on your eyelid, take a white eyeliner pencil and run it over your entire eyelid. The opaque consistency of the liner will intensify any eye shadow shade and make it pop instantly against your skin.
Extraordinary Vase Craft with Recycled Bottles
Use silk sheets to turn old glass bottles into beautiful vases. One person’s trash can be your treasure. Add a touch of elegance to any room with this simple craft idea.
Materials:
* coloured glass recycled bottles
* spray adhesive (test on tissue paper or sheer fabric to make sure it doesn’t bleed through.)
* digital photos
* scrap cardboard or paper – to protect your work surface
* ExtravOrganza (cloth)
Steps:
You will want to size your photos so they will fit your recycled bottles or vases. Keep in mind you can use 2 or more photos on the larger bottles front & back or that a vertical view may be better suited to your bottle. Print several photos per sheet of ExtravOrganza or other type of paper to minimise waste. It is best to test your photo size and layout on regular paper first.
After printing your photos on the ExtravOrganza or paper from your printer, resist the urge to peel the paper backing until you’ve cut the photos to size. The fabric is much easier to cut with the backing still in place. Leaving an edge for fraying is optional. Remove the backing and fray any edges you like. Hold the silk photos against the vases to determine the best color combination & which background color makes your photo more vivid or most pleasing.
In a well-ventilated area, lay out your silk photos, one or two at a time, face down on your scrap cardboard or paper. If you want any fringe to be loose on the vase, mask off the fringed area with scrap paper before spraying the adhesive. Spray a light, even coat of adhesive over the photos. Carefully place your photos onto the vases and continue until your bottle/vase supply is exhausted.
