MINISTER of Housing, Collin D Croal, on Tuesday, virtually attended the Third Plenary Session of the Forum of Ministers and High-Level Authorities on Housing and Urbanism of Latin America and the Caribbean (MINURVI) 2026.

The session, according to information from the Ministry of Housing, followed up on commitments and areas of work agreed upon at the Second Plenary Session, held in May during the 13th World Urban Forum (WUF13) in Baku, Azerbaijan, which Minister Croal attended.

During Tuesday’s meeting participants reviewed the progress, key results and next steps of MINURVI’s Working Groups, while also discussing upcoming activities and preparations for the MINURVI General Assembly in Montevideo, Uruguay, from December 2–4, 2026.

The meeting also provided an opportunity to exchange views on MINURVI’s priorities for the remainder of the year.
