(Jamaica Observer) – MAVADO has earned his first chart-topper on the Billboard Top Triller Global chart. Blessed, his collaboration with Ghanaian Afrobeats singer KiDi, has taken over the number one spot after entering four weeks ago.

KiDi, who is 29 years old, won Artiste of The Year, Album of The Year and Most Popular Song of The Year at the 2022 Ghana Music Awards. His best-known song is Odo.

Mavado has charted twice on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. Weh Dem A Do peaked at number 27 in 2007, while So Special rose to 52 in 2008.

On the Billboard Reggae Albums chart, Bob Marley and The Wailers are number one for a 146th non-consecutive week with Legend.

Shaggy’s Best of Shaggy: The Boombastic Collection is number two; Wisdom by Stick Figure is three; and Dutty Classics Collection by Sean Paul is four.
Greatest Hits by UB40 settles at number five, Dutty Rock by Sean Paul is at six, while Stick Figure occupies seven and eight, respectively, with World on Fire and Set in Stone.

Gifted by Koffee is number nine, and Outside by Burna Boy is 10.

Moving to the Cayman Islands, Hot 104.1 FM reports that Foot by Squash is the number one most requested song on their chart, with Bottles by Bunji Garlin at two, Dinero by Lila Ike at three, Speak in Tongues by John Legend and Jada Kingdom at four, and Dark Room by Shane O at five.

In South Florida, the top reggae song is Ain’t No Love in The Heart of The City by Ambelique.

New entries are Fall in Love by Ginjah (number 22), In Case You Didn’t Know by Anthony Malvo (number 23), and Butterfly by Gramps Morgan (number 24).

On the Foundation Radio Network New York Reggae Chart, Fifty by Tanya Stephens and Patra is number one.

Moving from number 17 to 13 is Save The Children by Hezron, while The Mood by Busy Signal moves from 19 to 16.

Original Song by Sanchez (number 28), Ali Baba by George Nooks (number 29), and Brown Eyes by Leroy Sibbles (number 30) are new entries.
