Many songwriters, artistes and music composers write songs from personal experiences, making them relatable to their fans and listeners, which often forms a bond between the song or even a particular lyric and the person on the listening end.
In very personal and emotional fashion, producer, songwriter and song-bird Simeon Browne is certain that his supporters and listeners can relate to his new single ‘Time for Me’.
A piece which he disclosed is based on a personal relationship experience, “the song was actually inspired by a personal experience that I had just last November. it really highlights some of the challenges you would face in relationships, where the importance of time is always being expressed,” Browne told the Buzz.

The song he added, “speaks about [relationships] in a greater way; that no matter what is happening, you need to make time for that loved one, that special person and sometimes there is so much happening that you’ve really got to look to see what is needed to be sacrificed in order to make time for that person, and time can mean so many things to different people.”
The song, which was released earlier this week, has already been making waves and has been dubbed the ‘song of the week’ on 100.1 Fresh FM with Dj Garwin.
Additionally, Browne disclosed to the Buzz that he and his production team have already begun working on a concept for the music video of the song and fans and supporters could look forward to seeing such in late February.

“We are plotting it out right now. We have already started to plan the video for it and that may be released in late February,” he said.
The writer and print/broadcast journalist further noted that this single is only the beginning as he is set to release several projects throughout the year, starting with an EP featuring various acts in late January.
“I’ve got releases for the entire year, we’re going to start with the first EP from my label which is going to feature five artistes and that is The Fire Dance EP scheduled to be released on January 28,” he said.
The EP, he disclosed, will feature a few known artiste and new faces in Guyana’s dancehall arena namely Negus and Tevlann, as well as C4 along with himself.
Browne’s new album is set to be released in April of this year which he said will feature dancehall/fusion music; produced by his label Wondamang Productions.
