INVESTIGATORS have launched a probe into the shooting at a building located in Lusignan, East Coast Demerara, which is owned by social media commentator, Mikail Rodrigues, called ‘Guyanese Critic.’

The Guyana Chronicle was made to understand that the incident occurred on Tuesday, August 11, 2020, around 09:30 hours.
According to reports, at the time of the incident, Rodrigues’ son and his friends were alone in the building, when it came under rapid gunfire which lasted for a couple of minutes. The police managed to recover several spent shells at the scene. Police investigation is on-going.
