IT has been three months since 20-year-old Ijahafar John walked out of his ‘A’ Field Sophia, Georgetown home and has not been seen.

John, who suffered from mental issues was a patient of Psychiatric clinic at the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation. He was last seen by his relatives on August 5, 2019.
According to Ijahafar’s mother, Lynette, he was last seen by relatives in front of the family home and was acting in a strange manner.

She explained that he was looking up to the sky and was looking, aimlessly, in the water in the nearby trench.

Ijahafar, she said, was having a hard time finding a job and started to “take it on.”
The woman noted that she reported the matter to the Turkeyen Police Station and still continues the search for her missing son.

The distraught mother is pleading with the general public to call her on 614-2574 or contact the nearest police station, if her son is seen.
