FORTY FIVE-year-old Yonette Moses appeared before Principal Magistrate Judy Latchman at the Providence Magistrate’s Court on Thursday May 30, 2019 to answer a charge of using abusive language.

The Court was told that on May 23, 2019, Yonette Moses used abusive language to Kimberly Sanchar.

The Court was also told that Moses was previously charged with a similar offence and was fined $20 000.

Moses was charged, on Thursday, after pleading guilty to the offence and was fined $20 000 with the alternative of one month in prison.
