KEVIN Williams appeared before Principal Magistrate Sunil Scarce on Wednesday, April 10, 2019, charged with assaulting Adam Dungs.

The Court was told that, on November 24, 2018, in the area of Craig on East Bank Demerara, Kevin, along with others, committed the offence.

Dungs, who was not represented, by way of his testimony, informed the magistrate that Williams had ‘violated’ a peace bond which was laid down by him (the magistrate) during a previous court matter involving him (Dungs) and Williams
Magistrate Scarce urged Dungs to make a police report should there be any violation of the bond.

The two will appear again at the Providence Magistrate Court on May 15 2019 for continuation on the matter.
