It’s High Tea and Fashion come April 28

– At the Promenade Gardens

THE hottest event for the Easter season is just around the corner, and patrons are urged to get their fashion gear in tack to attend in sass and style.

Local designer Crystal Lam will be holding her annual high tea and fashion event at the Promenade Gardens on April 28.

This time around, however, the proceeds will be used to establish her boutique in Georgetown.

The event starts at 14:00hrs, and 25% of the sales will go towards the charity,Guyana Golden Lives.

Tickets cost $5000, and the package will include wine, cocktails and finger foods. The event is also geared to showcase other local boutiques.

Those participating are Pieces and Things, Little Black Dress, Makeda, Crystal Lam Designs, London’s Kloset, and the New Step Boutique. Tickets can be purchased at all participating boutiques.

Promoter of the event, Crystal Lam, is a 26-year-old up-and-coming Linden designer who has already made her name in the local fashion industry with her concoction of wickedness, sass and glamour in her designs.

Lam has launched several creative and unique clothing lines such as Eye Candy, Debonair, Flame and Epiphany.

These are a mixture of beautifully-created evening gowns, bridal wears, bathing suits, fashionable, casual and formal clothing for men, women and children. Her latest line that is turning heads on social media is ‘RISE’. This constitutes of flashy work wear for females
