PLEASE see the statistics below to explain the reason why Jagdeo is now reaching out to blacks.

When the Indians were close to 50 per cent, he knew with their vote and the Amerindian vote he could get over the electoral line. With the Indians less than 40%, many turning away from his racist policies and the Amerindian votes not guaranteed, in view of the formation of the ‘Amerindian party,’ he is now ‘reaching’ out to blacks.

He would have stood a chance if the Phantom Squad did not murder hundreds of us.
