AGOWA Wellington, of lot 10 North Sophia appeared before Magistrate Fabayo Azore for assaulting his child’s mother Temika Canady, with whom he shared a home.

It was stated that the couple had an argument and exchange of words over the purchasing of baby pampers, as a result of which the defendant assaulted Canady, causing her bodily harm.

Wellington pleaded not guilty to the charge and the matter was transferred to another court. He was placed on $40,000 bail.
