‘Penitence’ man granted reasonable bail

–for alleged theft of security cameras

AN East La Penitence man, who allegedly stole two security cameras from a Bourda business place, was on Thursday charged and released on $20,000 bail by Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan.

Ryan Edwards, 29, denied that on October 29 at North Road, Bourda he stole two security cameras valued $90,000 property of Elvis Parkinson.

Police prosecutor Arwin Moore made no objection to bail being granted to Edwards.

The Chief Magistrate released Edwards on $20,000 bail and adjourned the matter until November 8.
